We recommend entering a residential or business address rather than a hospital address. Hampers delivered to hospitals can be misplaced or delayed after the recipient has been discharged, so we do not send orders directly to hospitals. Sending the gift to the new parents’ home provides a more reliable delivery experience.
Can I add a personalised message to the hamper gift box?
Yes, every Beechville Lane Boutique Hamper gift box includes a complimentary gift card with your personalised message. Simply enter your message in the gift note section of the shopping cart before completing checkout, and we’ll add it when we hand-pack your hamper.
If you forget to enter a message, email us as soon as possible with your order number and the wording you would like included. Provided the hamper has not already been dispatched, we can update the card for you.
The hamper can be sent directly to the recipient, and we won’t place an invoice, receipt or pricing information inside the gift box. Your billing information is sent only to the email address used during checkout, so the recipient can enjoy the surprise without seeing how much you spent.

Shipping
Your Beechville Lane item will ship on the same or next business day via Australia Post tracked parcel delivery. Items $120 and above include standard parcel shipping Australia Wide. If we are ever on a short break away from the desk, we will notify you of our shipping dates and promptly have your parcel shipped on our return.
Returns Policy
Our return policy allows for exchanges or refunds within 30 days of purchase. It is very rare that we have a product issue, however we're always here to help with any questions or concerns, so please contact us at hello@beechvillelane.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
