What slipper sizes are available?
The Annabel Trends Pom Pom Slippers come in two sizes: S/M (7–8, approximately 26.5cm) and M/L (9–10, approximately 27.5cm). Select your size before adding to cart.
Does She's Trendy hamper contain alcohol?
Yes, it includes a 200ml bottle of Bird in Hand Piccolo Sparkling Pinot Noir (12.5% alcohol). By purchasing this hamper, you confirm the recipient is 18 years or older.
Is this hamper suitable as a maternity leave or new mum gift, or just a general "for her" gift?

The Belgian Delights chocolate box is gluten-free, palm oil-free, and non-GMO. The Australian Sweet Co. rock candy is gluten-free and vegan, but is packaged in a facility that also processes peanuts, almonds, and sesame seeds.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Most weekday orders are dispatched the same or next business day. Once your gift hamper has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.
Standard delivery to most metropolitan areas generally takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. Rural and remote areas may take longer. Express delivery options are also available at checkout if you need your new baby or new parent gift hamper sooner.
For the most reliable delivery, we recommend using the recipient’s home or business address. We do not send orders directly to hospitals, as hampers can be delayed or misplaced and the recipient may have been discharged before delivery. Sending your gift to the recipient’s home helps ensure it arrives safely and reliably.
Can I add a personalised message to the hamper gift box?
Yes, every Beechville Lane Boutique Hamper gift box includes a complimentary gift card with your personalised message. Simply enter your message in the gift note section of the shopping cart before completing checkout, and we’ll add it when we hand-pack your hamper.
If you forget to enter a message, email us as soon as possible with your order number and the wording you would like included. Provided the hamper has not already been dispatched, we can update the card for you.
The hamper can be sent directly to the recipient, and we won’t place an invoice, receipt or pricing information inside the gift box. Your billing information is sent only to the email address used during checkout, so the recipient can enjoy the surprise without seeing how much you spent.
Is the hamper gift wrapped?
Yes. Every Beechville Lane hamper is beautifully presented and ready to gift. Your gift is carefully packed in our signature Beechville Lane packaging, making it a thoughtful and polished gift for a new mum, new parents or new baby. You can have your hamper delivered directly to the recipient, so there is no need to wrap the gift yourself.
Can I add a gift card?

Your Beechville Lane item will ship on the same or next business day via Australia Post tracked parcel delivery. Items $120 and above include standard parcel shipping Australia Wide. If we are ever on a short break away from the desk, we will notify you of our shipping dates and promptly have your parcel shipped on our return.
Returns Policy
Our return policy allows for exchanges or refunds within 30 days of purchase. It is very rare that we have a product issue, however we're always here to help with any questions or concerns, so please contact us at hello@beechvillelane.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
