How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Most weekday orders are dispatched the same or next business day. Once your gift hamper has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.
Standard delivery to most metropolitan areas generally takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. Rural and remote areas may take longer. Express delivery options are also available at checkout if you need your new baby or new parent gift hamper sooner.

We do not send orders directly to hospitals, as hampers can be delayed or misplaced and the recipient may have been discharged before delivery. Sending your gift to the recipient’s home helps ensure it arrives safely and reliably.

Your Beechville Lane item will ship on the same or next business day via Australia Post tracked parcel delivery. Items $120 and above include standard parcel shipping Australia Wide. If we are ever on a short break away from the desk, we will notify you of our shipping dates and promptly have your parcel shipped on our return.
Returns Policy
Our return policy allows for exchanges or refunds within 30 days of purchase.
